This ride will be following the “Decision Maker” route first designed by our own Kurt D’Aniello. For those doing the Almost Perfect Rides a couple weeks later, this will be the almost perfect way to warm up and test your legs!
Saturday, April 20 at 8:00am (rain date: April 21) P&M market (Orange Street and Cottage Street), New Haven 06511
After departing from East Rock, we’ll head north to Sleeping Giant, west to Naugatuck, south to Woodbridge, and back east to New Haven. Expect some very steep climbs, most (in)famously the Horton Hill and Blackberry Hill roads.
We’ll do a coffee/pastry stop in Naugatuck, about 20 miles in.
Pace will be “medium” (on this route, probably ~15mph).
